MEET RUSHINA
Hi, I’m Rushina, a trauma-informed doula, antenatal guide and mama of two, offering holistic support to those stepping into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am also a full-time explorer, weaving my life between van miles and moon phases.
Travel is what first opened my eyes to how birth and parenthood are universal thresholds, shared across every land and culture. It’s also why I choose to offer my work virtually because care should not be bound by postcodes or borders. Wherever you are in the world, my role is to be your steady guide, offering both practical knowledge and soulful support, right where you need it most.
I walk between the worlds of the practical and the magical, weaving evidence-based guidance with ritual and intuition. My work is rooted in compassion, inclusivity and the belief that every birthing person deserves to feel held, to be informed and to feel empowered.
So whether you’re seeking virtual support from afar, or in-person care when our paths cross in the UK, my role is to walk alongside you never leading, never pushing, but always holding space.
Why I Do This Work
When I was pregnant with my first child, I was both excited and unmoored. I searched for answers in books, classes and conversations but with my second, I longed for a steady guide who could hold the vastness of my questions, my fears, and my hopes.
Both of my births were deeply different, each a rite of passage that transformed me in ways I couldn’t have ever imagined. Through them, I learned that birth is never just about bringing a baby into the world, it is about becoming. Becoming parent, becoming family, becoming more of yourself.
That realisation lit a fire in me. Every parent deserves to be witnessed and supported in this threshold, with care that honours both the body and the spirit. That is why I do this work.
