POSTNATAL SUPPORT
When a baby is born, so too is a parent. This sacred transition—the fourth trimester—is not only your baby’s first steps into the world, but also your own unfolding into a new chapter of self, body, and family.
This is a time to be nourished, held, and witnessed. A time to rest deeply, to restore your energy, and to weave gentle rhythms that honour your healing and your baby’s first days earthside.
Here, you’ll find two ways to be supported: hands-on visits when I’m in the UK, and an online 4th Trimester Workshop that you can access from anywhere in the world.
In-Person Support (UK Only)
When our paths cross in the UK, I come to you no matter where you are. Together, we create a sanctuary of calm, care and nourishment.

Postpartum Workshop (online)
No matter where you are in the world, this immersive workshop creates a sacred pause to prepare for and move through the postpartum with intention.
Together we will explore:
Energy restoration + body centered healing practices
Gentle postpartum rituals, grounding exercises, and sacred self-care
Breastfeeding, bonding, and emotional transitions
